Working out should be fun. Not being able to go to the gym shouldn’t be an excuse to missing a workout. Below is workouts that you can do any place with minimal equipment.

Legs & Cardio

200m tyre pulls

1 min rope skipping

Do 6 rounds

REST

Then do:

1 min tyre flips

1 min tyre lunges

Do 6 rounds

Upper Body Workout

Do the following for 1 min each :

1 min tricep dips

1 min tricep extensions

1 min push-ups

NO rest, repeat from the top and do a total of 4 sets

Upper Body Workout

Do the following for 1 min each :

1 min squat & punch punch

1 min uppercut boxing

1 min lunge with side raise

1 min standing dumbbell side raises

NO Rest, repeat immediately from the top and do total of 4 sets
