I love figuring out recipes, sometimes its a total disaster, ahahhha, but other times it all goes super well. Here is a few recipes that will help you to make “living healthy” fun and easy.

Below is a few cooking videos and some of my favorite recipes:

Ingredients:
USN Amino Stim
Gelatin & water

Method:
Mix 2 scoops Amino Stim with 400ml water
Then in a separate jug mix 30g gelatin with 150ml boiled water.
Add the gelatin water to the Amino Stim mixture, stir well.

Pour mixture into ice trays and place in fridge if you want Amino Stim jellies OR place ice tray in freezer if you want iced jellies to suck on.

Ingredients for balls:
1 cup Desiccated coconut
1 big table spoon Peanut butter/Almond butter
teaspoon Vanilla essence
2 scoops USN whey protein
3-4 table spoons of water
Mix above ingredients together and press into balls, place balls in freezer for 10min

Sauce ingredients:
2-3 heaped tablespoons of coconut oil (then melt in microwave)
1 to 1 1/2 scoop USN Whey protein
1 table spoon peanut butter/almond butter
Mix all together

Take balls out of freezer and dip into sauce till completely covered. Place back into freezer for 5min.

Recipe:

3 eggs

1 cup almond flour

1 to 1 half cups milk – check consistency – must be slightly runny

1 ts baking powder

1 ts vanilla essence

3 scoops USN protein powder – wheytella flavour or any flavour

Mix all together and bake for 20min on 180C
